It is simple to learn more about each task, click on the image to see a video about the proper form, and other helpful tips. If you find you need more clarification, most of our programs come with either a weekly or monthly call with your trainer.

The meal plan screen is where your custom nutrition menus can be found. The meal plans will outline each item in your daily diet based on what your nutritionist has customized specifically for you. It gives you a quick reference point to grocery items and an overview of nutritional values. If you want nutrition added to your personal training program, make sure to pick the Fusion package.

Step Two
Tell us about yourself! Likes, dislikes, habits and goals. The more info the better! Do you workout at home or in a gym? No gym – no worries! We can help design an affordable home option that matches your specific workout routine and budget.
STEP THREE
Simple Fit / By Design will create your customized exercise plan and keep you on track. Unlike other fitness platforms, we are in touch when you need us, as you need us! We are only a text, email or phone call away.
FAQ’s
Every person who begins an exercise program or starts eating healthy sees improvements. As with most things, success is dependant on your degree of commitment and persistence. In fact, developing perseverance beats the best exercise routine. Exercise is ineffective if you aren’t willing to do it.
Of course, change takes time. For most people, establishing a new habit takes around three months. While we encourage clients to be patient, we wouldn’t want you to be unhappy with your purchase. If you would like to discontinue your monthly service, simply cancel your subscription 10 days prior to your next billing date.
Beware gimmicks and scams offering big promises. Vibrating machines, elimination diets, cheap home equipment, powders, and drinks don’t work. Six-week exercise programs that cater to both grandma and the 18-year-old football player are too general.
You have a choice. Trust your doctor whose been pleading with you to exercise and start eating properly or listen to the muscly, tanned guy hocking revolutionary fat burning supplements on late-night television.
Here’s a very general rule of thumb: With some hard work, it takes a few months to establish a new habit – less time to lose weight, less time to build muscle, less time to improve neurological efficiency. It’s all specific to the individual, their existing conditioning, genetics, and degree of effort.
Many clients swear they feel different within the first week. It’s important to remember, however, that most exercisers experience initial weight gain as muscle growth often surpasses fat loss. No worries, it’s a good sign! (Unless of course, you’re supplementing your new exercise regimen with cake.)
The good news is, people who reduce calories and start exercising see results.
